The room itself was really nice, and the rooms were very good overall. The only problem was finding reception, since nobody was there, and the caretaker didn’t understand a single word of English.

We lost trust in this place completely. Our booking was canceled just two days before arrival because, they seriously said, the previous guests had taken the key. Then when we made reasonable inquiries, the communication stopped. No explanation, compromise, or solution, just silence. We were left without accommodation right before our trip, with no alternatives available and a huge amount of stress. This is no way to treat paying guests. It’s unreliable and not recommended. If you need to plan ahead, book somewhere else.

I had to wait an unusually long time for service and for my drinks. And just to clarify, I was at an Indian restaurant here, not a hotel.

The location and transport connections were excellent, and we had a good stay in the holiday apartment. It could have been a little cleaner, though.

Loved the room. I’d happily come back.
