Landhaus Kranzbichl

We got to go ice swimming every day, and the sauna was a great bonus after four rainy days. The location is superb, and we really enjoyed the stay. The three of us were in the Untersberg holiday apartment. It was beautiful, clean, and very well equipped. Nici welcomed us, showed us around, and was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We were welcomed with two slices of homemade cake, and the price was fair. The hosts were very friendly, and our Lockstein holiday apartment was lovingly furnished and so cozy. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return.

The family is lovely. We were lucky to get homemade cake and fresh eggs, and we’re very grateful. We’d gladly come back. Our room was tidy and clean, with almost everything we needed. I’d personally have liked a microwave since the two of us like to cook for the next day, and heating food that way would be easier. Still, we managed fine without it. This is a very nice holiday apartment run by a multi-generational family. The location is ideal. Watzmann Therme is just a stone’s throw away, and you can walk to Obersalzberg or the cable car. The town center and a Penny supermarket for quick shopping are also easy to reach on foot. The bus stop is close by too, with buses to all the sights.

They even sent us off with homemade apple pie and suggestions for lovely hikes. The apartment was cared for and very pleasant, and the owners were incredibly kind. We'd happily stay there again.
