They didn't refund fees for services rendered during the coronavirus crisis. I regret not filing a lawsuit. As a guest, you have no rights here, so please don't book under any circumstances.

The place has a large kitchen but no furniture, which is a bit odd. And the dog fee is €20 a day. Calling it 'may apply' makes it sound optional. Why isn't the charge clearly stated when booking, and what is it for?

It's a beautiful, spacious apartment on the first floor, and key handover went smoothly. The shower worked fine, but the bathtub couldn't be used because its fixtures weren't working. The TV setup was disappointing too, with no instructions and reception that was poor or nonexistent.

It's a large room, which earns the one star. This isn't a hotel, but a regular 2.5-room apartment in a private residential complex, with no breakfast or reception for questions. Arriving after 8:00 PM costs an extra €35, and there's also a €40 cleaning fee on top of the room price. That brought one night to almost €200. For that, I could've had a luxurious stay in a 4- or 5-star hotel with a delicious breakfast. Annoying.

A simple microwave is all that was missing to make this large, very clean apartment perfect. It's right in the heart of Berlin. I'll be back. Best regards, Berlin.
