The apartment itself is nice, but there’s no elevator and the stairway is narrow. With luggage, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I lived next door in the adjoining courtyard before. The noise from people shouting and partying in the vacation apartment was unbearable. Please be considerate.

There’s a park and several supermarkets nearby, and the subway is very close. It takes you to Friedrichstrasse, near Berlin’s main tourist sights. The price is low, which is the main reason this could work for someone seeking budget accommodation. We stayed here as a family, but the pictures on the platform (AB) didn’t reflect the place well and set us up for disappointment. It’s a typical Berlin apartment in a neighborhood where most residents are foreign. The graffiti on the entrance and in the lobby, no elevator, and a shower in the kitchen facing a large window were jarring. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work during our stay.
