We picked it mainly because check-in was at 2pm, which suited us. For the price, it’s a very nice hotel, and the rooms were clean, pleasant, and quiet even though the tracks are nearby.

The daytime staff were kind and helpful. The rooms are a decent size, the beds are comfortable, and there’s a small fridge. Breakfast was decent too. Parking at the hotel is very limited and costs 15€ a day. Finding parking in the surrounding area is difficult as well, though there may be spaces at the park and ride next door. Reception closes at 10pm, so arriving later gets complicated.

They charged me £600 too much and wouldn’t give it back, so I had to get a refund through booking.com. The receptionist was incredibly rude, laughed at me on the phone, and eventually hung up. Awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

The breakfast and service were amazing, and the rooms were great and clean. The U and S lines are close by too. Highly recommend! :)

For a 3 stars hotel in Berlin, the price and quality feel well balanced. The customer service was great too. I forgot my keys, and they helped me out during the night.
