The riverfront location made for a lovely view, and the water was clean, with no mosquitoes or smell. It was a relaxing place to sit. Check-in was quick, we got a good corporate rate, and most guests seemed to be corporate travelers. The staff were friendly and trained to work with business guests. Breakfast was good, with plenty of cold cuts and pastries, and plates were cleared and replenished quickly. The room was comfortable, with a huge bed that seemed to be two extra-wide singles joined together. After a long flight it was great to sleep in. The window opens, so I could let in the cold fresh air. The air conditioning only went down to about 19-20, while it was 5 degrees outside, so it was blowing warm air or just acting as a fan. I turned it off and opened the window instead. They provided one complimentary 500 ml water bottle; more costs extra. I'd suggest buying a 1.5 liter Evian before coming. There was an LPG bio market nearby, though I didn't get to visit it. I found a Hitmart or something instead and got a 1.5 liter Evian for €1.30, which felt cheap since it's a luxury item where I'm from, at around €3 for the same size, nearly three times as much. Siti from Indonesia at the front desk was especially helpful. You can ask her to book an Uber or help with train and bus tickets, and she'll gladly do it. I rarely see front desk staff offer that kind of help, so that's a big plus. Five stars for the staff attitude, room, and location.

The riverbank setting was peaceful and picturesque, and the hotel felt modern, cozy, and comfortable. The room was clean. Even late in the evening, after normal working hours, the staff kindly brought us a kettle and water, which felt very thoughtful. There's also a sauna for guests. Breakfast is €25, quite expensive, but I felt it was worth it: fresh fruit, lots of different dishes, and even champagne. We left with a very positive impression and would like to come back.

What stood out most to me was the focus on sustainability: tasty vegan choices at the breakfast buffet, cradle-to-cradle certified shower products, and no plastic bin liners in the rooms. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were kind. Great hotel, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for an environmentally friendly option.

The location is quiet, but shopping and public transport are close by. Restaurant Carl and Sophie on the corner is really good, with very tasty food. Breakfast has lots of variety, and the staff will do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. Very clean and cozy.
