Our room wasn't cleaned on any of our three nights. The towels weren't changed or replaced, and we had to ask reception for fresh ones each day. Right now, there's a pile of towels on our bathroom floor. That was really off-putting. The shower holder was broken too, so the shower head kept spraying the wall and we had to hold it while washing. These problems didn't spoil our enjoyable time in Berlin, but fixing small things like this would make stays better. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are quite friendly.

The location was the main reason this stay was okay for me. I was here for two nights in a basic room, right by some railways. With the window open it was quite loud, though the soundproofing was good. It's a shame since we always sleep with the window open. The staff were a mixed bag, two very friendly people and two who seemed like they couldn't be bothered.

After spending a great time visiting Berlin, coming back and sinking into that bed was fantastic. It was so soft and comfortable I didn't want to wake up. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the B&B. I'll definitely choose a B&B next time.

A big shopping mall is close by for things like gifts, snacks, and drinks, and the city sights are within walking distance. We only used taxis or public transport a few times. The hotel is very well located and great value, you get what you expect. Since it's central, the taxi rides to places we went cost no more than 10eur. The station for the direct airport connection is about a 7-minute walk away.

We were three 20yo girls visiting Berlin for a few days, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was quite small, but the cleanliness, view, and location mattered more to us. Our B&B hotel experience was the best. 100% recommend!
