The location is the only good thing here. I visited in February 2026, when Berlin was freezing, and they gave me a room with no heater. I contacted them, but they refused to fix it or move me to another room. They also refused a refund and stopped replying to my messages. I stayed in the cold the whole time and got the flu. There was no check-in process. You have to wait for them to come and hand over the keys. No empathy at all. Terrible service and host, terrible is an understatement. I don't recommend it.

The rooms aren't fancy, but they were just right as a base for my three nights before the Berlin Marathon. The location is ideal, right in the town centre, with an Sbahn stop just outside. My flight changes made me late, but they'd left excellent instructions for getting in.

Please don't book this apartment. When I arrived, they rejected my reservation and left me without a place to sleep. Don't risk ruining your trip by booking here.

I had to wait because my room wasn't ready. They gave me a small room that had already been used, and I couldn't use it straight away. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. For this kind of service, the price was far too high.

The location is perfect for visiting Berlin, with excellent U-Bahn and S-Bahn connections. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the place is great value. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The TV didn't work, but I didn't mind. The walls are thin, though that's true of plenty of other places too. Getting the key was easy, and the gentleman was friendly.
