The noise was extreme. There's ambulance parking next door, a church bell across the street, and lots of loud, drunk people at night. The windows wouldn't close properly, and water from the bathroom flooded into the room. Even getting into the place gave me a sense of apprehension. This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed. Good luck, you'll need it.

Big thumbs down for this hotel. There's no reception desk, and check-ins after 6pm need a code to get into the building. The contact number was wrong, so we couldn't reach anyone for the code or a refund. Luckily we managed to book another hotel. Don't waste your time, find somewhere better.

Avoid it if you can. The bed was one of the worst I've slept in. They've basically bought a few rooms in an apartment block and called it a hotel with little or no changes. Reception is open only seven hours a day, and one receptionist smokes like a chimney. The only good things were the large room, which had been recently decorated, and the small kettle for hot drinks.

We couldn't stay at this motel because it was the Berlin Marathon weekend and every street leading there was closed. We had booked mainly because we needed parking, and with the roads shut it was impossible to reach the place. Staff were extremely rude when we tried to work out how to get there by car. They told us to park 5 km away and walk. The suggested parking garage couldn't be reached because of the closures, and it was in a very seedy part of the city. Once we realized the alternative garage was inaccessible and so far away, we called to cancel and ask for a refund. The staff member became belligerent, blamed us for not getting to the hotel, and hung up after calling us stupid for not knowing the Berlin Marathon was happening that weekend. How were we supposed to know? We're not from the area, and that's why we booked a motel. We called back to speak to a manager and got hung up on again. The staff here are unbelievably unfriendly and don't have the slightest clue about customer service. They charged the full amount even though we couldn't reach the hotel. Awful experience. Staff need retraining in customer service and manners.
