BENSIMON apartments Choriner Straße

We were so glad we chose this apartment for our Berlin trip. It was really clean and comfortable, and they left us gifts, including sweets and hair products. Since we were there for my mother's birthday, they even wrote her a happy birthday letter. We’d definitely recommend these apartments to anyone planning a stay in Berlin!

The apartments are efficiently laid out, with what you need and none of the extra clutter. The young staff are full of energy. Just keep an eye on the city tax: it was charged twice, since I’d already paid it through Booking and then it was charged again during online check-in. They refunded it quickly, but a visitor could easily miss the duplicate charge.

Getting around Berlin was easy, with restaurants, a grocery store, and several tram and subway stops nearby. The apartment was quiet and private, facing the courtyard rather than the street, and people outside couldn’t easily see in. It was bright, spacious, clean, and uncluttered, with a comfortable bed and fast wifi. The balcony was bigger than the photos suggested, stretching from the kitchen to the bedroom with access from both rooms. There was plenty of room for suitcases in the hallway, and the washing machine came in handy. Getting in was simple, and there’s an elevator. The hosts were professional, responsive, and proactive. When I left something behind by accident, they offered to mail it to me at their expense. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

The hosts were easy to reach and made the apartment feel like home, so we’d return without hesitation. It’s spacious and has a really lovely balcony, with everything you need close by in a central part of Berlin. One of the better apartments I’ve stayed in.
