The landlord was super friendly and helpful, and the house itself is furnished to a really high standard. The garden is a big plus, especially if you have kids, and the garage has been turned into a playroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was that there aren't any shops within walking distance.

We spent four days here and felt at home straight away. The house was spotless and well looked after, and it really earned its five stars. A bottle of sparkling wine was waiting when we arrived, and the landlord was so welcoming. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.

There are lovely opportunities nearby whatever the weather, and the village has a great community. It’s a small, beautiful Sauerland village surrounded by nature.
