We had a great stay in a classic double room. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to let us check in two and a half hours early after I asked. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, and the room looked nice. Good soundproofing, reliable heating, a comfortable bed, and receptionists who were always smiling and helpful.

We were two friends sharing a deluxe twin room. It was roomy, comfortable, and well furnished, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were lovely, and the location was excellent, so I'd happily return. There was some wear on the floors and walls, plus a few odd things, like the blind controls that the receptionist had to explain with a diagram, and the bathroom blinds.

I got really sick on the way to Berlin and ended up spending my whole stay indoors instead of exploring. The staff were caring and very nice, and my room was clean. Breakfast had a great range of choices for everyone. I was very happy with the stay, and public transport made it easy to reach the hotel from the main station. Thank you for your hospitality, Quentin XL!

We stayed in an upgraded Junior room with plenty of comfort. The hotel is close to central Berlin, museums, Berlin Mall, and restaurants. Breakfast offered plenty to choose from, including lovely bread, yogurt, and fruit. If you're coming by car, remember to reserve parking. A very nice hotel with nice people and service.

The shower had strong water pressure, and the bathroom was well maintained. The room was cute, spacious, and very clean, while the hotel felt comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was amazing, with a big selection of delicious things, and the front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. I had a wonderful stay.
