Ferienwohnung Kaufmann

The bakery across the street makes its own goods, and the butcher next door has a shop with a tasty selection of hot meals. There’s also a supermarket an easy walk away. If the weather turns rainy, the Incense Museum is easy to get to, and a train line connects Cranzahl with other interesting places in the region. We booked the "Dorfblick" holiday apartment with the Kaufmann family for a few autumn days in Cranzahl, just as the leaves were starting to change. The landlady greeted us warmly, and both Kaufmanns were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment really surprised us when she showed us around. We hadn’t expected so much, especially at such a low price. The house was built by a successful industrialist, someone who clearly had an eye for beauty. If all goes well, we’ll return to Cranzahl next year to see the nice Kaufmanns again.
