The hotel feels like it's from the 1980s, and not in a good way. It's right at the Bahnhof, though, so the transport connections are great. There's no air conditioning. That didn't matter in April, but summer would be a whole different story.

I picked this hotel for my 2024 Berlin Marathon trip. It was really convenient on the days I didn't have much energy to walk after running. You can go straight from the hotel into the train station, and there's a wide range of fast food nearby. They even have fans in the rooms for hot days. :)

The rooms are average and the staff weren't friendly. At over €150 a night without breakfast, I'd rather stay at one of the other hotels across from the station.

The shower was hot, cold, hot, cold in the morning, and it drained so slowly that water got all over the bathroom and bedroom floor. With no A/C, the room was really uncomfortable.

Our room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was very good. It's a great hotel, but sadly the WiFi in our room was really poor.
