We paid for 11 days but left after just one night because the room was so disgusting. It was filthy, and the customer service was very bad. They offered no proper response or solution.

We were left waiting outside on New Year's Eve, so we had to find and book another place. I couldn't get anyone to answer my emails or calls.

There was dirt, dust and hair everywhere, even in the bed, and the cutlery was stained. The place was filthy and disgusting. I wouldn't store anything in the refrigerator. The safes were jammed at the bottom and all damaged anyway, so people couldn't get to their keys. No one answered the phone either.

We had four rooms, and every one was awful. Nobody cleaned for four days, and we couldn't reach anyone. I still haven't received a bill. This is a rip-off. Check the photos.

The room was broken and very dirty, so we left after one night of a three-night booking. There was no reception or staff, or anyone similar to help, and we had to contact them by phone. They promised us a refund, then ignored our emails. When we tried through Booking.com, they said we weren't entitled to a full or partial refund. Terrible service, a complete rip-off.
