Casa Camper Berlin

The front desk agents were friendly and helpful. When the safe in my room broke, everyone went above and beyond. Cristian was a legend, taking care of me and fixing the problem very quickly. The hotel is in an amazing location, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and shopping within walking distance. My room was extremely clean and well lit, with the basic amenities stocked, and the bed was super comfortable. I also spent a little time at the rooftop café, which has good city views.

Casa Camper Berlin has been my go-to in Berlin for years, for trips with my wife and solo business stays. The rooms are fantastic, with comfortable beds and an incredible shower, the location is brilliant, and the lounge is a great place to unwind after a long day. What changed most for me was breakfast. It used to be an amazing à la carte meal in the main restaurant. On my last visit it had moved upstairs to the lounge and was a very basic continental spread. You could order eggs or pancakes, but as a vegan those don't work for me, so there was little choice compared with the wonderful meals I had here before. The lounge snacks have also dwindled over the years. They used to have a generous selection of free treats, sandwiches, and snacks all day. Last time it was mostly bread and a coffee machine, and the plant-based milk option was gone. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to give people a heads-up. My last stay was a few months ago, so things may have changed since then. I'm due back in November and will update this based on that experience.

It's a fun, clever hotel in a perfect spot, steps from the subway and tram, with my favorite pedestrian shopping district in Berlin and tons of restaurants close by. The temperature control actually works, which is rare in Berlin, and I slept great in the luxurious bed. The staff were the most attractive, thoughtful, and responsive I've ever had. The restaurant is great and packed every night, and there's a nice, cozy sauna. The gym is pretty bare-bones, but you can't have everything. Casa Camper almost gets more right than anywhere else.

Casa Camper team, you're the best!!!!! The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, and the rooftop view is outstanding. Best hotel in Berlín.
