The room was clean, and the location is genuinely excellent, but the stay was disappointing. Our ground-floor room was extremely small, and the washroom felt almost claustrophobic. It was dim and gloomy too, more like a neglected back alley than a hotel room. We were given just one towel for two nights, and there was no staff available when we needed help. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children.
There’s a lounge with maps, games, and tea and coffee you can help yourself to out of hours, plus left luggage and some breakfast included. Staff were helpful, and the hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It’s in a lovely area full of restaurants, cafes, and bars, with S bahn, U bahn, trams, and buses nearby. Perfect location. I’d choose it again.
We got a clean, really nice room with a view and very good facilities. The staff were lovely, genuinely kind and helpful. For this price, it was way beyond what we expected.
Friedrichshain is lively and full of places to eat, and Comenius is an easy walk from the U5 at Frankfurter Tor. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast area was nice, and the courtyard was peaceful. A good base in the old East. 🇬🇧🇩🇪👍
The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. Staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout my three-night stay. The location is perfect, near everything but still quiet and relaxing. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.
