We really enjoyed staying in this cozy, pleasant place. The nights were quiet and relaxing.

The holiday apartment was clean and close to a shopping center. The rooms were spacious enough for two adults and two underage children to sleep comfortably. The price included free WiFi and some drinks, including coffee. There was also a basic kitchen, so guests could cook their own meals if they wanted. Tom, the owner, was friendly and helpful, which made any apartment issues easy to sort out. There wasn't much of a view, and during our stay there was a distinct tobacco smell inside, even though the place was meant to be non-smoking.

The holiday home has a kitchen with a microwave, plus separate seating and dining areas. Towels and bed linen are provided, and there’s free WiFi and private parking on site. It’s 4.3 km from Kurfürstendamm, with Messe Berlin 5 km away and Checkpoint Charlie 7 km away. Berlin Tegel Airport is 10 km from Pension Roy. The listing also refers to Holiday Home Roy.

The host was great, really respectful. This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in a long time.
