I was here for two nights on a business trip and came away very happy with the stay. The room was comfortable, spotless, and recently renovated, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were attentive and very nice. I'd gladly recommend the hotel.

The room was new and very clean, and breakfast was fresh with a good range of choices. Everyone working at Garner Hotel was helpful during my business trip. If I return to Berlin, I'd choose this hotel again.

The location wasn't great, and our room was only okay. Worse, our friends found bed bugs in their room. They were offered a different room and free breakfast, but that doesn't come close to making up for bed bugs in the bed and the risk of carrying them home in a suitcase.

A friendly, small hotel with a great spot for exploring Berlin. Our room was generously sized, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome, and breakfast offered lots of hot and cold options.

This was the worst service I've ever experienced. As Festival manager, I booked for my guest and emailed the company details, asking for an invoice for a bank transfer. On the phone, they assured me they'd prepare it and my guest would have no trouble checking in. Then at check-in, they asked my guest for the company's tax ID, which he couldn't possibly know. Incredibly stupid. I would never deal with this hotel again.
