I enjoyed the stay, and the location is great. There are a few things I hope the team can look into. At check-in the receptionist assured me that my Best Western Rewards points would be applied, as I’m a Platinum member, but they still haven’t appeared. I’d appreciate it if you could check and post them. A friend who booked the same date as us also wasn’t in your system and ended up in a smaller room than the BW app showed. They’re a Diamond member. I know you’re no longer part of BW, but the booking was made through BW. Also, please have housekeeping clean the upper outside part of the toilet seat in room 341. There was noticeable mold build-up.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and let me into my room early. They even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated. My room was quiet and well appointed, with a kettle and fridge, a very comfortable bed and a refreshing wet room shower. Breakfast had a great range of choices, and the coconut kuche quickly became my favourite. It made a fantastic base for exploring Berlin, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to Best Western Plus Plaza Berlin Kurfürstendamm.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. For its price range, this hotel is much better than many others. The room was perfect and very quiet, and room service was prompt and done well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location offers good value, and you can adjust the room temperature without opening a window. The room had a safe you could use without going to reception, plus a selection of toiletries that you rarely find in other hotels.
