The staff were respectful, cooperative and really friendly. My phone had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, and there was no hot water in my bathroom. They changed my room right away and gave me a bigger one with working Wi-Fi and warm water. Thanks to the hotel staff for making my stay comfortable.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews because we had a really good stay. Our room was spotless and huge by Berlin standards, and everyone was very friendly. For the money, I don't think you can do better in this city. Highly recommend it.

The location worked well for getting around, with the metro and M85 bus nearby, about 20 minutes to the main train station and 10 to Potsdamer Platz. But there was no TV in the room, and the blinds let sunlight through. My company’s virtual card wouldn’t go through, so I had to pay with my own physical card.

I got good value when the rate was discounted, around 65-75 EUR a night. The rooms are modern and comfortable, though the place feels more like a dorm than a hotel. WiFi was fast, nearly 200Mbps in the first room I stayed in, and there were plenty of sockets, unlike at many hotels. Sleep was the downside. It’s on a busy road near a hospital, so ambulances with sirens went by all day and even at night, along with other street noise. There’s no 24-hour reception, and my room had no desk, fridge, or TV.
