Our family had such a great stay, and the staff were wonderful across the board. Special thanks to Vita at the front desk. We loved her energy and attitude. The hotel looks gorgeous, almost like a movie set, and the dining areas and gym are state of the art. Rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place in Berlin.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with a striking interior and a bright breakfast room. The building uses the old steel structure of what I think was a post office. Breakfast food was excellent, and overall it feels like a nice luxury hotel. The room setup could have been better, though: there weren't enough towels, and the third bed hadn't been made.

We held our wedding party here in spring of 2026, with a group of more than 40 people. The hotel handled the group very well, and the staff did a great job across multiple nationalities and languages. The breakfast bar was outstanding.

The third-floor room overlooking the courtyard was amazingly quiet, so we could sleep with the window open. Breakfast was fantastic, and the location is about as good as it gets for a city stay. The aesthetics are really distinctive, too. We'd recommend the hotel without hesitation. Just one small thing that could be more reliable: housekeeping was a little inconsistent about replenishing the coffee, tea, and water.

A lovely, quiet hotel in a great spot, and the whole stay felt relaxing and well looked after. Vita, from Indonesia, gave us such a warm welcome. Her enthusiasm and genuine, joyful manner made the visit even more memorable. Highly recommended. Bring your gym gear, the fitness facilities are the best!
