In August 2022, I planned a holiday with my grandsons, but the door code wouldn’t open the door. I couldn’t get in touch with the owners and ended up standing outside for hours in the sweltering heat with my two children, aged 6 and 4. I was very disappointed, and the outdoor area was very dirty. Booking.com helped us find somewhere else to stay. Sincerely, M. May

We’ve never stayed anywhere this bad, and we’ll never go back. It was extremely dirty: mold on the walls, a sticky floor, no clean cloth and no plug for the sink. The towels and bed linen had been washed, but were still covered in stains. The shutters were torn and unusable. In the bathroom, plaster was crumbling off the walls and paint was peeling in several places.
