The room was a real plus: spacious, quiet, cool, and great for sleeping. The extra-large bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which wasn't clear when booking and felt a bit misleading. We were there one night with our one-year-old. The bathroom was very dated and not very clean, with weak shower pressure, broken tiles, dust, and some fungal growth in several spots. Breakfast had lots of choice and was very good, though the coffee was absolutely terrible. Online check-in is offered in principle, but it worked so poorly that we couldn't manage it. The evening receptionist was rude and kept interrupting us. The daytime staff, on the other hand, were friendly and helpful.

If you'd rather stay a little away from the bustle of the center, this is an ideal choice. The hotel itself is lovely, beautiful, warm, and welcoming.

The garden was such a beautiful place to spend time. We were well looked after during our few days here, and the front desk staff helped whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was exceptional, and every meal we had was exceptional too.

We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, with bus and underground stops still within a reasonable walk. The hotel was well managed, and the rooms were clean. Staff were consistently cordial and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was lovely.

It's a little dated, but the staff are so welcoming that after just a day you already feel at home.
