Primeflats - Apartments Aroser Allee

The kitchen was nearly unusable. There’s a stove but no extractor or ventilation, so smoke and cooking smells quickly filled the room and set off the alarm, even with the windows open. The listing said there was a private kitchen, but basic utensils and equipment were missing. We also had a hard time getting any help. Although round-the-clock support was advertised, messages and questions went unanswered. On top of that, the property looked nothing like its photos and description. A terrible hotel.

The apartment was dirty and not properly cleaned before we arrived. We also found that the oven and microwave shown in the Booking.com listing weren’t there, even though those were among the main reasons we booked it. Accurate descriptions matter when choosing a place to stay, and this one didn’t match what was advertised. We can’t recommend it to anyone expecting the listed amenities. I hope the host corrects the listing and pays more attention to cleaning.

The worst hotel, and it just lies! We paid 180 for two nights plus a 200 euro deposit. We couldn’t make the trip, so we cancelled and agreed we wouldn’t get the booking money back. But they also kept the deposit they’d said would be returned. We got none of it back. Just terrible.
