I felt comfortable here, thanks in part to the very friendly receptionist. The room was exceptionally clean and everything was really nice. It's a great place to stay for a good price.

The staff were really supportive and responsive when needed, and the rooms were in great condition and very clean. The hotel's in a prime spot close to the city center. The one thing we missed during summer was air conditioning or a fan.

The room for two had space to spare, even with both of our 20kg bags opened at once. The host was nice, and breakfast was exceptionally good. It's a budget option with above-average quality. The downside came when we arrived around 11:30pm: the hotel entrance was very dim, and there was no light in the elevator hall.

It's clean and well located, with easy public transport into central Berlin and toward Potsdam. The beds were the problem. The pillows felt almost empty, and the mattresses seemed to have hosted many guests already. They weren't very comfortable.

The room itself was fine and spacious, but the staff weren't nice. During my five-night stay, they came into my room at least twice every day without knocking first. On checkout day, the cleaner came 30 minutes early and rudely told me I needed to leave. When I pointed out I still had 30 minutes, she got really mad and only left after her coworkers apologized to me. The reception staff weren't nice either.
