Luxoise Apartments Berlin Friedrichshain

The apartment was spacious, clean, and really nice, so I’d happily stay again when I make it back to Berlin. The only real drawback was that the washing machine didn’t come with a dryer. Otherwise, I’ve got no complaints. It was a great spot for my first visit to the city.

Everything went smoothly and I felt comfortable here. The host was great, the place was very clean, and the location worked well. I’d definitely return.

The staff were the highlight for me, friendly and ready to help whenever I needed something. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a homely feel, and the hotel’s location made exploring easy. It’s close to the center and there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around. I had an amazing five days in Berlin and this stay made the trip even better. Five stars from me, and I can’t wait to come back.

I came to Berlin for a weekend with friends and left my iPhone charger behind in the apartment. I contacted reception, and later they sent a photo of a different charger with a different plug, saying it was the only one in lost and found. When I called, they told me, “I can’t do a magic trick and bring you back the charger.” That’s quite a line, considering I believe they kept my new €50 charger. Their response left me very disappointed. They stopped answering my emails, and on the phone they didn’t seem interested in helping.
