The room was decent, and the customer service was excellent for a hotel in Germany. It's a 3-4 minute walk from the bus station and 7-9 minutes from the U-Bahn.
8/10
The place is old and not modern, but still a nice place to stay, with very fair prices and consistently good service.

We had a great stay and found the staff excellent and very helpful. The price is really good, too. A very nice hotel, highly recommended.
6/10
Fine for refugees needing somewhere to stay for one night. For a longer stay, though? 🤔

By the way, the property management company is DP Hausverwaltung.
