The staff made a strong impression on us: everyone was polite, friendly, and ready to help. Reception is open 24/7, which was handy, and they lent us a hairdryer. It was also nice to leave our room keys there. The room was comfortable, with clean towels and bed linen, plus basics like shampoo and hand soap, though the cleaning could have been more thorough. Breakfast wasn't especially varied, but it was tasty, decent, and filling. It's a charming hotel with good service, and a little more attention to cleaning would make it better.
