The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our kids, aged 6 and 4, were especially taken with the bunk bed that looked like a double-decker bus. They also had plenty of books, toys, and pencils to keep them busy. The apartment had the basic facilities we needed, though breakfast choices were limited. It was fine for our two-day stay. The mattress was quite hard, and we could feel the springs. We’d ordered allergy-friendly bedding (Allergikerbettwäsche), but both of us still woke up with swollen, red eyes for a reason we couldn’t explain. Even so, this hotel was a real highlight of our Berlin trip.

We were disappointed to find no coffee supplied for the coffee machine, and there was no sugar in the room either. We could at least make tea. Apart from that, we really liked the apartments. The modern interior was comfortable, and most of the familiar sights were within walking distance. A very good place to stay in Berlin.

We keep coming back, and have stayed here on numerous occasions. The apartments are great, the location is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The apartments were really well equipped, kitchen included, and everything else was excellent. My only complaint was that the water wouldn’t drain properly under the shower or bathtub.
