We loved our stay at Hotel Henri. The street near Kurfürstendamm was pleasant and quiet, while the location was excellent and close to the train station. The welcome felt warm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Thanks for the sweet gift left at our door, such a lovely gesture. We'd happily come back!

A hotel with real character is rare in a city like Berlin. It feels original and cozy, with great service, and has a soul in a world of uniform, soulless hotels. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in, almost at home, especially at Christmas time.

The room was surprisingly spacious, the hotel has old-fashioned charm, and the staff were really nice. Housekeeping was exceptional, too. Just keep in mind there's no air conditioning. During the unusually hot late September weather, the high ceilings, opening windows, shaded building, and fan they provided kept things comfortable. It was a good hotel choice.

At more than $300 a night, having no working internet is unacceptable. I called the front desk and they said they knew about the problem, but it's 2025. Reliable Wi-Fi in every room is a basic expectation now, not a luxury. Such a disappointment. I hope management actually fixes it instead of letting a known issue stay unresolved.
