The person on reception showed no interest in a future booking. On the phone, they were very unfriendly and gave me no prices, just brushed me off with, “You can see that online.”

I had a very bad experience. The people serving us were rude and arrogant, and made several derogatory remarks about my Venezuelan nationality and my wife, who is Venezuelan/German.
