We got into a room early after arriving ahead of schedule, and it looked out onto a reasonably quiet street. The room was pleasant, the staff were too, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Great service and accommodation. I'd stay here again.

The staff made us feel welcome the whole time, always attentive and ready to help. Hotel Q Berlin has a distinctive, stylish feel, with thoughtful details that make it seem both relaxed and sophisticated. We also loved the Asian restaurant: calm, elegant surroundings, beautifully presented food and refined flavors. Each meal felt special. A lovely mix of design, food and warm hospitality. We'll definitely come back, and I'd recommend Hotel Q to anyone visiting Berlin.

They sorted out an issue with our room right away and even gave us breakfast on the house. For my birthday, I also got some cosmetic treats. The service was probably the best I've ever experienced, and the whole stay felt like a true five-star experience.

Paris Bar is a short walk away, but otherwise the area feels dull. The hotel itself could use more warmth and energy, which may be why it's somewhat overlooked in Berlin. That does mean you get good value. Its custom design, with the architecture and furniture integrated together, may be around 20 years old, but it still feels like a classic rather than dated.

They went out of their way to help our one-year-old daughter feel comfortable during her stay. Amazing service, and many thanks.
