The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had been nicely updated, though the decor elsewhere felt dated. Staff were very friendly, and getting to the subway or bus was easy. For the price, there weren't any real extras: no coffee maker, and although they brought a little kettle and cups when we asked, coffee and tea weren't provided. Breakfast was outrageously expensive. It felt more like a three-star than a four-star hotel.

The staff are really nice, and the room is clean whenever we come back to it. Even during this difficult time, they make things easy and contact-free. Breakfast used to be a buffet, but it's now ordered in advance. It's still really nice, with light, sweet and meaty options :)

The room was a good size and really clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed and confused when our booked double turned out to have two single mattresses pushed together and separate single duvets. We made it work, though.

We found the rooms clean and the bed comfortable, though I'm not sure why it came with two single duvets instead of one double. The hotel was nice and in a fantastic location. Staff were always able to help, but could have been a bit friendlier.

I've stayed here three times, and it's always been pleasant. The place is a little dated now, but it's well kept. Still, I've never seen the bar open, even though it looks pristine. I guess that's because nobody's allowed near it. The bar situation cost it a star.
