There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and even supermarkets nearby, and getting around Berlin was easy from Charlottenburg S Station, about a seven-minute walk or less. Our room on the fourth floor had a balcony, and everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean. We hit a small snag at check-in, but the staff were super friendly and sorted it out right away. The location worked really well for us. I recommend checking this place out.

Self check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the manager got back to me promptly whenever I needed something. There are lots of places to eat nearby, plus a great shopping street close by. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel was very good value for money. It’s well connected around the city, close to U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn, and a bus stop. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel!

No one was at reception, which made checking in pretty annoying. We’d booked a city view room and it was beautiful and clean, but somehow the bed had the wrong sheets, two small twin sheets for a queen-size bed.

The apartment was basic, with a bed, TV, and kettle. The TV had no English-speaking channels. We could only get the Dyson heater in the bedroom working, so the bathroom was freezing, especially in December. We also had to let the shower run for a while before the water got hot. It would have been much better with a working bathroom radiator. The location was good for the train station. Still, it met our needs since we only used it to sleep and shower, and for the price I couldn’t really complain.

After a long train trip, I was glad the station was only 200 meters away. I did the check-in myself, and it was quick and easy. My fifth-floor room was clean and everything looked new, and luckily there was an elevator. The rooms are spacious, and the price for my dates was excellent. There are bakeries and restaurants all around the hotel, including an Italian place practically right below it, so finding something to eat takes no more than a 200-meter walk. I’d definitely stay here again.
