The facilities are in a great spot, within walking distance of lots of attractions, and the service was excellent. The facilities are a good size but could use refurbishment. The gentleman named Baskin was especially good at guiding us on what to do and helping with our plans.

That little chocolate Nikolaus left by my door for Nikolaustag was a lovely touch, and I’ll definitely come back. The apartment was spacious for a one bedroom, with loads of storage and a fully equipped kitchen. Its location is hard to beat: just around the corner from Gendarmenmarkt, U-Bahn station Mitte (U2 & U6), Galeries Lafayette, Rausch & Neuhaus, grocery stores, and plenty of great restaurants. Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag are an easy walk one way, with Museumsinsel, the Berliner Dom, Nikolaiviertel, the TV tower, and other sights in the other direction. If your feet give out, the 100 Bus is right there to help you rest them. A couple of small drawbacks: the TV was tiny, and the couch, which converts into a bed, wasn’t comfortable because of the gap between the back and cushions. The living room furniture could use an update too.

Right in the middle of Berlin, this is a great place. The rooms are in excellent shape and come very well equipped.
