The family rooms were good, with comfortable double and split beds, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. There was a welcome drink with a good selection. The hotel is well placed near Alexanderplatz. The TV didn't work, but that wasn't a major problem.

Breakfast was reasonable, though there was nothing warm. My upgraded room was tiny, and if you get one facing the front, it can be very noisy: trams run from early morning until late at night. The location is great.

We arrived with the group, and the rooms had been booked ages ahead. The reception staff were A1, and there were no issues with the prices or room size. Alexanderplatz is a great, central location. My only problem was hearing police car sirens at night when I was by a window, but that's the city, you know. Would I go back? Absolutely YES.

The central spot near Alexanderplatz made it easy to explore Berlin, though the price was on the high side, as you'd expect in that location. I didn't use the breakfast or other hotel facilities, so I can't speak to those. My room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely city view and a nice bed. It felt a little small, but I’m nearly two meters tall, so that may be why. The tram runs at night, and I could hear it from the room. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Greet Alexanderplatz and would consider it suitable for couples, families, or business travelers.
