It’s a quiet, fairly priced place, and the rooms are clean. I could work comfortably at the functional desk in my room. Breakfast had a decent range, and you can book without it if you’d rather eat elsewhere. The self check-in machine was easy to use when I arrived after 20.00hr. My room did go uncleaned for two days in a row, even though I left a tag asking for it to be cleaned.

The road gets loud, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Traffic eased off at night, but a few ambulance sirens still woke me. Apart from that, my four-night stay at B&B Hotel was just right. The room was simple and practical, warm and comfortable, and the hot water was very hot despite what some reviews said. The receptionist was really friendly. The hotel is close to stations, and I enjoyed walking past the Christmas market to Potsdamer Platz.

I came with my daughter for an Art of Living Silence course at a nearby venue. The staff were so cooperative that we could communicate easily with smiles, nods, gestures, and typed messages without breaking my silence. I loved that. It’s also affordable and easy to use, has vegan and gluten-free breakfast choices, and follows sustainability practices.

The location was great, breakfast had lots to choose from, and the room was clean. The staff were the one downside, especially the younger man with dark long hair, who wasn’t friendly.

It’s affordable compared with the other places around here, and the soap was good. Still, the bed was too stiff for my taste, and I didn’t sleep well because street sounds came through the room. Luckily I had earplugs. Fine for one night.
