I booked 4 nights, then had to cancel for personal reasons less than 1hr later. They refunded only 10% of what I paid, even after I explained the reason to the manager. I know the terms and conditions were my responsibility, but I hoped they'd be more understanding given how quickly I cancelled. I never got to stay, so I can't comment on the rooms. Based on this, though, I'm pretty sure the personnel aren't as kind as they should be. Good luck if you stay there.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport, and the location worked well for that. A big supermarket is right next door. It's a basic 3-star place, but everything was fine: there's a lift, the wifi is good, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast wasn't available during our stay.

The room was okay, and the staff were very friendly. But it smelled like smoke, so it seems smoking must have been allowed in there at some point, which didn't help the room. Also, arriving after 10pm comes with a 5€ charge.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were great. The location is central and close to lots of things you can reach on foot, with bus and train transport nearby.

UNACCEPTABLE service. I had to cancel urgently just 10 minutes after booking, but they refunded only 10%. I understand the cancellation policy, but they showed no understanding at all. Sometimes people should act like humans, not robots.
