We enjoyed our two-night winter stay. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. The hotel is well located near the city center, with a grocery store an easy walk away. Our room was surprisingly spacious for three people, with three single beds, a large bathroom, and a wide window that let in plenty of light. The bed was comfortable and made it easy to relax after exploring. We'd highly recommend it as a comfortable, good-value place to stay.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was really good. The room was spacious and lovely, and the receptionist was quick to respond and always respectful. The host gave clear, precise instructions and was very professional. Getting around from the hotel was easy, and there was free parking nearby. If you need paid parking, it’s quite cheap. Everything worked out great.

There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, holes in the wall, and stains on the floor. The room hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. When we used an outlet, it started smoking and nearly caught fire. This was disgusting and a serious health hazard. Definitely do not book this hotel.

The receptionists were friendly and spoke English, which is rare in Germany. The place is very old, but it still functions. Younger travelers would probably prefer somewhere more modern.

Check-in was easy, and the rooms were clean and nice. The hotel is well located near Ubahn 7, though the elevator is awful. There are no kettles, and breakfast was very average: the bread was really dry and not fresh. If you’re on a budget, I’d recommend it without breakfast.
