The employees were very friendly and the customer service was nice. The room was quite spacious and nicely prepared for our arrival. It felt appropriate for the price.

Handy spot for getting around, with shops, restaurants, buses, and trains nearby. We had a nice couple of days here.

The hotel and its surroundings were great, but the service left me really disappointed. We were there for two nights, and after I realized I'd forgotten my charger, we contacted the staff straight away. They told us it hadn't been found. I can't say whether someone took it or something else happened, but having my things disappear like that wasn't acceptable.
