Aspria Berlin Ku’damm – Sport & Spa

The spa was a real highlight, relaxing and well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Daniela Tobal at the gym deserves a special mention. She’s so friendly and full of positive energy, and really lights up the room. She made every workout a joy and brought such a great vibe to our stay. We had a wonderful time at the Aspria Hotel in Berlin and will definitely come back next time I’m in Berlin.

I’m a member of Aspria elsewhere and was curious to try the Berlin hotel. The room was nice and clean, and I was generally happy with it and with being able to keep up my sports while abroad. I also took a few classes. The pool was harder to enjoy. There were often aqua and children’s classes, and during the few other times it was divided into just two swimming lanes, with swimmers who weren’t the fastest or most experienced often in them, so it was hard to find a peaceful time to swim. Before my arrival, replies to emails were basically nonexistent. Then my room wasn’t ready at check-in, even though I’d stopped by three hours earlier to leave my bag and said I’d be back at 15:00. I waited another half hour, and the receptionists seemed annoyed that I had to wait. It also shouldn’t have taken me repeating three times in a five-minute conversation that I don’t speak German. It’s a pity, since there were some nice people at reception on other days. The woman at the spa reception was really nice too and tried to answer my questions whenever I had them.

There’s a great range of classes, from Hot Yoga to Bodypump, with professional and inspiring instructors. The club stays spotless, and you can see the team working to keep everything clean and welcoming throughout the day. Everyone is friendly and attentive, from reception through the spa and gym to the restaurant. Even on a grey, rainy Berlin day, you feel recognized and looked after. You can work out, unwind in the spa or just have a quiet coffee, and it really feels like a VIP experience from the moment you arrive. The Kids Academy has improved a lot lately too, with afternoon football, crafts and dance to keep the little ones busy. Aspria Berlin Ku’damm has a great balance of fitness, wellness and relaxation, and I absolutely love it.

Daniela from the fitness team noticed I was a bit lost with my training and took time to guide me through everything with real care. She was professional and full of energy, an absolute star. Ahmad Ghazal in the restaurant gave exceptional service every day, and breakfast was delicious. I absolutely loved my stay at Aspria, with beautiful rooms, a fantastic spa and, above all, the most amazing staff. Wonderful from start to finish, and I can’t wait to return!
