Hotel Restaurant Plovdiv

For Berlin, the price is incredibly low, and the staff are as friendly as they come. They speak several languages. Breakfast is included, nothing fancy, but it tastes fine and I was happy with it. The apartment was cozy and clean when we stayed, though other reviews suggest that may not always be the case. It was a standard room with two twin beds, a closet, and a TV. Netflix was a nice extra, and we had our own bathroom with no issues. There was no fridge. It's a quiet place where nothing disturbed our sleep, but it's a bit far from the city. Getting to the center takes an hour. The nearest S-Bahn station is about a 10-minute walk, and there's also a bus to another station. I'd put the hotel somewhere between average and good, around 3.5/5 without the other factors. But I loved how the staff were always ready to help with anything I asked, and the price is still very guest-friendly. Given all that, I couldn't help giving it five stars.

They shouted at me for at least 10 minutes, leaving my ears and head badly affected. They also wouldn't let me pay by card, even though that was what we'd agreed before I made the payment.

While I was staying there, hotel staff came into my room without permission while I was out. They also knocked on my door and seriously harassed me around 4 a.m.
