They were great with communication even though we arrived late, and getting the key was easy. The team is warm, genuinely friendly, and made us feel welcome again. The second-floor balcony has a gorgeous view, and the room was very clean, with a super-comfy bed and a wonderful shower. Breakfast has a five-star-hotel kind of choice, and the new breakfast room is bright and airy, with a river view. Another stay, and another pleasant surprise. Until next time 🥰

The room was clean and the price was good, with free parking right at the hotel. There’s a good restaurant within walking distance. The receptionist spoke some English, though I appreciated being spoken to in German.

It’s a peaceful spot on the River Spree, with a marina outside and very friendly, helpful staff. It’s a bit out in the country, but the Wassersportzentrum tram stop (#61) is right outside.

This was our second time staying here, and I’d happily come again. The rooms are spotless and well equipped, and breakfast is tasty with a good range of choices. Staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful. Thank you!

Breakfast is good, the place is quiet, and there’s a parking lot right outside. The rooms are in a separate building that’s under construction, with bricks and cement bags in the walkway. The spa they mention is a separate business across the parking lot, so I don’t see how you’re meant to use it. Everything costs extra.
