There are Kaufland and other markets nearby, and the transport station is within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, with vintage furniture that's still comfortable. The hotel itself is small, though the grounds are large, and I think there's a wedding hall. My main disappointment was breakfast. For a hotel with this style, I expected more than a few breads and a small holder with a couple of fruits and some cheese. Still, it's good in general.

Now a listed site with a hotel, park, and various small local businesses, this place is also used for weddings, birthdays, and large company meetings. Events seem well organized, and it's a nice place to stay. It was once part of Schloss Buch, which was demolished during the last war, followed by the years of the Ostzone. The history is interesting, including how local agricultural companies were managed in the 19th centuries.

A good enough place to stay in Buch. The room was simple, cute, spacious, clean, and quiet, though the beds felt a bit old and the pillows were bumpy. It's conveniently near the campus, a grocery store, and the train station. The Sbahn runs often into the center, but the trip can take a while depending on where you're going. Staff were friendly, but reception has limited opening hours. Breakfast was basic, with bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, orange juice, and coffee or tea. More fruit and vegetables would have been nice. Wifi was included as Telekom daily packages.

The staff were especially lovely, respectful, and excellent. The hotel was very nice, clean, and quiet. Many thanks, especially to Jenny. I'd love to come back.
