CHEMA at your Berlin hotel sorted out the one small problem we had right away. He was the friendliest, most helpful staff member we've ever met on holiday. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, and the breakfast buffet was great. Thank you!

We couldn't hear trains or street noise in our room, and it was super clean and quiet. The staff were really friendly too. Great location right by the station, and both dinner and breakfast were super.

I expected the city centre to mean steep prices, but that wasn't the case here. It's a great spot, and the staff are friendly and happy to accommodate you. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy, and breakfast was excellent. There aren't slippers or bathrobes in the room, though a bathroom sign says you can get them from reception.

8/10
The hair dryer in my room didn't work properly, and breakfast was just average, nothing memorable. Still, the room was roomy and well laid out, so it was easy to unwind after a long day. The train station nearby made getting around very convenient. A good stay, with a couple of small things that could be better.

WiFi in the room was very poor, almost nonexistent. It's a modern hotel with clean, good facilities, but bring earplugs: trains run nearby, and the club close by pumps bass until 3am.
