The receptionist was helpful, and Kreuzberg is a good location. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and organic products. The standard room is tiny, though, with no room for a larger suitcase, let alone two.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. I'm usually drawn to luxury hotels with room service and lots of amenities, while this is more of a boutique place. The neighborhood is quiet and leafy, but still close to great restaurants, bars and shops.

I've stayed here before and like where it is. The one problem was shaving: the mirror was too far away for me to see properly with my glasses on. Please add a standalone shaving mirror.

The staff I met were all kind, friendly and very attentive. I also really liked the breakfast selection I bought during my stay, it kept me satisfied and ready for the day. I just finished two weeks here on my first trip to Berlin. I spent my days sightseeing and going to concerts, and it was lovely to come back to a warm, well-equipped home base. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and there are several convenient transit options nearby. It was a terrific part of my trip. I'll happily book again on my next visit, hopefully soon.

The rooms were comfortable, but felt dim. The designer bulbs had exposed filaments, and I would've preferred softer, diffused light and more of it. WiFi kept dropping and was generally very slow on the ground floor. Breakfast was just okay and poor value, with no hot buffet items or hot chocolate from the machine.
