A great-value place, and I'd happily stay again. The owner was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach, and everything was clean and well kept. The space felt bright, airy, and surprisingly roomy, with plenty of windows for ventilation. Several stations are close by, and the city center is an easy walk. There are also lots of cafés, places to eat, and bookstores nearby.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It's in a great spot, right in the heart of the city. Definitely recommend it.

The room-apartment was spacious and bright, in an excellent location, with the basic amenities and items. But it was freezing because the heating hadn't been switched on before I arrived, and that spoiled the whole stay. The staff didn't seem very involved either. Hopefully they'll leave the heating on so future guests can have a pleasant visit.

I spent about four weeks at Karlito and loved my time there. It's in a great part of the city, and being there was part of what made me fall for Berlin. You can walk to grocery stores, bars, cafés right downstairs, historical sights, and loads of city life. Public transit is right outside the door, too. The breakfast is pretty standard if you have it brought to your room, but I'd still highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean, and the location and view were nice. The only downside was some nighttime noise from the club nearby. I still enjoyed my stay. Thanks!
