I wish I could give this hotel a minus rating. I've never stayed somewhere worse. As soon as you enter, you pass cigarettes and garbage. The receptionist was very rude and either couldn't or didn't want to speak English. She gave us a key, and the room had a broken mirror, filthy, damaged furniture, dirty floors and walls, and a dirty toilet. They said they couldn't keep an eye on the cleaning staff, and moved us because they don't give refunds. The next room was a little better, but still not clean. The floor and walls were dirty again, and one blanket had a woman's hair on it. During our four-day stay, the cleaning staff shouted outside the rooms every morning. They never cleaned our room, only emptied the trash. There was noise all around, with other rooms audible, and at night we couldn't sleep because of the junkies and alcoholics downstairs. The TV never worked, there was no safe for our things, and the room smelled of smoke, even though signs everywhere banned smoking. The English on those signs was badly written, but okay. I wasn't expecting a top hotel for this price, but this was a nightmare. Think twice before booking there.

For just one night, I'd recommend it. It's nothing special, but in Berlin it's very hard to find a room with a bathroom at this price. I don't know about staying longer.

We paid €351 for a week's stay in a room for two, and Booking confirmed our first booking. Still, the room was locked every day and we couldn't get in. At reception they said we hadn't paid, even though we had, and told us they wouldn't give us the room unless we paid for parking. The service was unhelpful and seemed intent on throwing us out or charging extra fees. The TV didn't work, water wouldn't flow, and the electricity kept going out. Breakfast and hotel service weren't functioning. The worst hotel in the area. I definitely wouldn't recommend it even for one night. Go elsewhere and you'll be satisfied. They just want to rob you here.

The room was clean and everything in it was in very good condition. The staff were very friendly and understanding.
