Inside, my room was a pleasant surprise: very clean and huge. The owner was nice, and the place had a pretty chill vibe. The building looked old, beaten up, and run down from outside, which initially disappointed and worried me. The kitchen is missing a lot of equipment. There’s only one big pot, no pan, and a microwave, so it’s quite limiting. The doors also badly need grease in their joints. Still, the place gets the job done. The location is good, on one of Berlin’s main streets and close to public transport and a few attractions. I’d recommend it.

The rooms are great and the washrooms were clean, but I had trouble finding this hotel, which is actually an apartment, and the surroundings aren’t that great. The host was okay, though not great. I wouldn’t recommend it for families unless they’re really constrained by budget. If you just want good rooms and aren’t concerned about anything else, go for it.

The room and bed are spacious, and the shared kitchen and bathroom were clean. Reception hours are a little short, but they can be reached by phone if there’s a problem.

It was clean and kind of noisy, but oh well. The owner was nice, though hard to reach. For the price the hotel is good, and I’d come back :^)

Wouldn’t recommend this place. The room was okay, and so was the shared bathroom, but the entrance was really hard to find. The shared kitchen was completely disgusting and dirty, and the service was THE WORST. They were so gross and disrespectful.
